As your listing Realtor, I will provide you with a comparable market analysis on the value of your property. We will go over the compensation, the steps of the residential contract, and what to expect in the process. We will discuss tips to get your house ready for the market, and set up a plan to get the best results.
When your house is ready I will schedule a professional photographer to capture high-definition photographs and drone shots. I will use these high quality photos for the MLS listing and to create Reels as part of my marketing plan. I will post these reels and photos on various social media platforms to capture an audience.
As a "Showing Time + Realtor" I have access to exclusive products that I can provide to create additional exposure to get your house sold. I also provide paid advertising on social media platforms. *Incentives are subject to compensation.

I grew up in Duncan, Oklahoma, married my high school sweetheart, became a teacher, and fulfilled my dream of building a family.
A new home is where a new chapter in your life story begins.
Moving 8 times across 5 states in 16 years, I learned that there really is no place like home.
I learned that home is not just the walls that surround you but the place where your most precious memories are made.
It’s more than a place to live.
A home is a place built on love.
During the transactions of those 8 moves, I learned so much about buying and selling a home. I quickly came to understand the challenges, excitement, and uncertainty of real estate.
I had frustrations, fear, and limitations of knowledge in our real estate transactions and found myself wondering why I never felt like I was getting the whole story. I never had someone I could trust who was advising us based on our best interests.
By the time we made the move to our new and final ‘home’ in Norman, Oklahoma, I decided that I wanted to advocate for people like us.
